Celent analyst Benjamin Moreland finds it both amusing and frustrating that insurers are trying to solve their business problems using antiquated methods.

This is an interesting assertion, but also a controversial one. We actually see many insurers embracing new ways for putting technology to use— forming strategies focused on agility and collaboration, while leveraging best-of-breed solutions and cloud-based delivery models where it makes sense.
