The Developing Athletic Abilities (DAA) NCCP course is being offered in Toronto this Sunday.  This module will allow you to:
  • Implement general and sport-specific training protocols and methods to effectively develop or maintain the athletic abilities necessary for your sport;
  • Apply training principles and variables to training methods that build fitness, endurance, strength, speed and sport-specific conditioning; and
  • Select and adapt testing and training protocols and methods for athletes training from 6 – 9 to 9 – 12 times per week.

The Short Track High Performance Committee posted ST HP Bulletin #162, including important information for next season such as the selection process for International and National competitions for the 2014-2015 season.

Also, the list of qualified athletes for the Fall World Cup Selection is now available.
