Mardi Gras in February

KGNU again teams up with the Colorado Friends of Cajun and Zydeco Music and Dance to bring you a night of cajun music, dance, food and, fun, all in the spirit of Mardi Gras. The event will be held at the Avalon Ballroom, located at 6185 Arapahoe Avenue in Boulder, on Saturday, February 7th, starting at 6:30. There will be a dance lesson to start off the night and a costume contest with great prizes later on. Et toi!

This year's KGNU Mardi Gras features Ed Poullard and the Preston Frank Creole Dance Band. Tickets are available now at Brown Paper Tickets. Tickets are $25 in advance and will be $30 at the door.
