A Resounding Success
HH Sakya Trizin led a sutra resounding in English on April 3 to celebrate the perfect completion of the his teachings in Walden, NY. This was the first time that a sutra resounding had been organized in New York.

Participants read eight sutras that have been translated into English by the Sakya Pandita Translation Group, under the commission of 84000.

HH Sakya Trizin gave a heartfelt sharing on why it is critical for the Buddha's words to be translated into English, and stressed about the importance of going beyond reverence to actually studying the Buddha’s words. Read more
