Announcing the "Hearts Speak" Project

UnknownUnknown 2

Children learn from the hearts of the adults who
love them. Teachers, parents, and students know this best. Write your story of transformation when teachers’ hearts connect with students’ hearts. Help the cause of educational freedom by explaining the power of human connections which no artificial intelligence can replace.

It’s easy! Type a personal story of 600 words or less in a Word document and upload it at www.heartsspeak.net by November 30, on the theme of “transformations in children’s lives that can only happen when there is a heart connection between teachers and students.”

A qualitative research study will use the stories submitted. Storytellers can be public and private school teachers, parents, and students. All stories will be accessible to the public via the Hearts Speak website. Your anonymity will be protected in the research study.

The Avalon Initiative is co-sponsored by the Research Institute for Waldorf Education and the Hawthorne Valley Center for Social Research.
