As health care transformation continues, nurses are increasingly called upon to lead and participate in collaborative improvement efforts. The ability to foster interprofessional collaboration among health care providers and navigate interprofessional conflict are key skills needed by nurses for this expanding role.
This highly interactive and experiential session will explore the underpinnings of culturally influenced styles of conflict and how we can turn conflict into opportunities for human connections and the inter-professional collaboration needed to keep the promise of inclusion in the transformation of care delivery.
