Wow, I don't know what happened to August, but it was gone before we could get out a newsletter or print! Here's a quick update of what's been going on and what's coming up!
Stephen Sutton was diagnosed with terminal cancer three years ago and he seemed like
the perfect subject for a drawing in support of Macmillan Cancer Trust.
In June I released a print of Stephen Sutton and in less than a week the original will go "under the hammer" at the Macmillan De'Longhi Art Auction
. This annual fundraiser takes place at the Royal College of Art with an exhibition of donated work that is open to the public this Friday-Monday 20-23rd October with the auction Monday evening.
If you ever wanted to purchase one of my original drawings this could be your chance to s as the bidding will start at £4,000.
You don't have to attend to register and bid online. Just go to:www.art-auction.org.uk/
for a chance to buy one of my original drawings well below market price, while donating mopney to a very worthwhile cause.
Limited Edition Print of Elizabeth Taylor
It was Elizabeth Taylor's inner beauty as much as her gorgeous outer beauty that inspired me to draw her portrait. Completed in May 2011, it is one of my few early drawings that will be part of my solo show at the Albemarle Gallery
in May 2014.
If you can't wait that long you can buy the print now from Click here
