Past Due Accounts:

All seniors and inactive marchers with a remaining balance have been turned in to the bookkeeper.  These students will not be able to buy banquet tickets, and may be restricted in their participation of graduation ceremonies until the balances are taken care of. In addition, all underclassman with a balance of more than $200 have also been turned in on this list. Once their balance is below $200 they will be removed from the list. They will not be able to purchase prom tickets, parking passes, or sign up for next season until their balance is below $200.

Students with a balance will not be allowed to purchase banquet tickets until it has been taken care of.


We are still collecting monetary donations to go towards a retirement gift for Greg Williams.

If anyone would like to contribute to the gift that the booster board and the boosters will be presenting to Mr. Williams at the band banquet, please have it in by April 29th. You can place your donation (clearly marked for retirement gift) in the locked payment collection box at the back of the band room.

North Cobb High School - McLeod Theater

Doors will open at 6:00pm. Dinner will be served at 6:30pm in the main cafeteria.

Rosaria’s Italian Restaurant will be catering our event. All meals include; 1 entrée, a salad, a garlic roll, drinks and

a dessert.

The price per ticket is $ 15.00 per person until April 22, 2016. After April 22, 2016 the price will increase to $18.00 per person.

Order forms have gone home but are also located on the website for your convenience.

Please make all checks payable to NCHS Band Booster and payments can be placed in the band room drop box.

Everyone MUST have a ticket to attend!

Meal choices include the following;

Baked ziti (meatless)

Chicken Parmesan


Grilled Chicken Parmesan with vegetables (Gluten Free)


We will be getting together on Friday, May 13th from 6-9 to set up tables and decorate for the banquet.

We will finish last minute set up on Saturday starting at 4 PM.

We could really use your help with this. The more people we have the faster we can get it done.

We also need a couple of parents to volunteer for the sign in table before the banquet begins.

8:45 AM Meet at Kennesaw First Baptist parking lot

9:30 AM Parade begins

10:00/10:12 AM Parade ends at Martha J Moore Center

10:30 AM Return equipment to North Cobb

* We will be wearing Jeans and show shirts...NO uniforms


Many of you have been asking for an update on the final selection of band director for North Cobb.

Interviews will start this Monday!

We have not been told how many people are interviewing for the position.

There is still time to send in your letters of support for Scott Pannell and Michael Cahal via email to Board President Marc Amason.

We will let you know results as soon as we know them ourselves.


* Color Guard tryouts are happening now! There is still time to try out. If your student is interested please see one of the directors. This is going to be an exciting year for us!

Leadership Team Applications for next year have been sent out. If your student is interested please make sure those applications are filled out and handed in by Friday, April 22nd. Leadership tryouts will be held April 25th & 26th from 4 PM to 6 PM and are mandatory if they wish to take any part in a leadership role next season.

* Drum Major Auditions will be held on Thursday, April 28th from 4:30 PM till 7:00 PM

* Drum Line auditions will be held on Friday. April 29th from 6:00 PM till 9:00 PM and on Saturday, April 30th from 9:00 AM till 5:00 PM

* Rookie Camp will be held after memorial day with exact date and time TBA

* Marching Band Intent forms NEED to be handed in by Friday, April 22nd along with a non-refundable deposit of $75.00...these forms are on the NC website for your convenience
