Happy New Year! I hope you all had a great holiday season, spent some quality time with family, got the gifts you wanted, and if you were lucky found some good snow to ski or warm beaches to sit on. I, personally, found neither. :-)

Following up on my last newsletter, and transitioning into yet another year (this makes 17) of not only selling real estate in San Francisco, but writing multiple blogs and newsletters about it, it's time for a pivot for sfnewsletter. When I launched this newsletter I think back in 2002, I was sending information you couldn't get anywhere else (recent sales reports), and providing market updates and insight to the world of ridiculousness that is our market (Maximum Overbid being the most popular feature then...and still now). Times have changed...

Anyhow, I wanted again to bring you something you can't just get by way of Google search. Therefore, I'm turning sfnewsletter into your place to hear about all of the off market opportunities kicking around my world. Properties Not On MLS. When you consistently rank in the top 100 of over 4000 Realtors in a little city like ours, these have a way of landing in my lap.
