Jim Rogers joins a growing Broadscale team

  World-renowned energy leader Jim Rogers, who served as CEO of Duke Energy and its predecessors for 25 years, has become a Senior Advisor to Broadscale, as announced in June. Sanjay Wagle joined our team as an Operating Advisor, with more than 15 years of experience with organizations including Soligent, the US Department of Energy, and VantagePoint Capital Partners, and Pete Schork joined us as an Analyst from UBS’s global power and renewable energy group.

Hydraulic fracturing without fresh water
Since fall 2013, Broadscale Group has been advising Frankfurt-based TouGas Oilfield Solutions, an innovative specialty chemical company whose products can improve the productivity and sustainability of the oil and gas industry. Andrew Shapiro named a Top 10 NY Energy Entrepreneur

During the recent New York Energy Week, Andrew Shapiro was named one of the Top 10 New York Energy Entrepreneurs. The Broadscale team has also spoken recently at a number of leading events including Bloomberg New Energy Finance’s New Energy Pioneer Awards, Fortune Brainstorm GREEN, and during the closing “Show Me the Money” session of the ARPA-E Energy Innovation Summit (watch it here).
