Tips & Techniques: myResults

When accessing HealtheConnections Patient Lookup, authorized users will notice that the initial log-in each day may take longer while the results from the previous 24 hours are loaded into myResults. Access times will return to normal for every log-in thereafter.

To learn more about myResults, see pp. 23-26 in our Training Manual.

No EMR? No Problem with myResults

A new service from HealtheConnections offers providers and practices that are not utilizing an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system an alternate way to access patient results within the health information exchange (HIE). The service, called myResults, provides the capability to view comprehensive clinical reports such as laboratory results, transcribed reports, and radiology images.

What makes myResults an important tool for providers is how it can benefit their practices and patients alike.
