Change Your Age
How old we feel is often dictated more by our movement habits and our ability to move with ease than by our chronological age. We can unlearn many of these restrictive habits and create new ones to help our bodies and minds feel younger, stronger and more agile and flexible.
We are pleased to announce that our
Change Your Age® workshop scheduled for Saturday January 28 was so well received that we decided to move it into a larger space. So there is still room for new participants. Please

In this workshop you will learn a series of short movement sequences that will help your joints, muscles and brain feel more mobile, alive and younger. The movements are not stressful, do not involve repetitive routines and do not place demands on your muscular strength and flexibility. We will do movements while lying on our backs and sides, sitting in chairs and in standing. This workshop is suitable for people of all ages and abilities. No specialized equipment or clothing is required.
