Fall 2013

large_box_top.gif
Hi Reader,

Another busy and successful year is drawing to a close. We hope you’re looking forward to a strong close on your 2013 audit plans.

We also hope you'll find time to help celebrate our 70th year. Join us for a training event this quarter. It's a great way to keep connected to the local internal audit community and stay current. It also gives you the opportunity to earn valuable CPE credits. How are you tracking to meet your  CPE requirements this year?

Just last month IIA Canada delivered the 6th national conference. Keynote speakers tied the conference theme together with insightful stories and real life experiences. The conference gave everyone rare opportunities to network with members throughout Canada. We were there. We were transformed.

You gave us great feedback on our revised newsletter format. This energized us to take further steps to finalize the transformation. Our next newsletter will include a Letters to the Editor section. Send your opinions, thoughts or tips to editor@iia-toronto.org

We are very interested to hear from our members. We welcome your thoughts and suggestions on how the Toronto Chapter can provide you more value. Of course, if the chapter is everything you dreamed it

could be, we’d love to hear that, too! Email us at: administrator@iia-toronto.orgjeff

Stay engaged, stay connected,

Jeff McIlravey, CFSA, CRMA,

President, IIA Toronto Chapter
