Wordsworth Named Agency of the Year
Last month Wordsworth Communications, for years the largest and most experienced independent PR agency in Cincinnati, was named Agency of the Year. The distinction is awarded by the Cincinnati Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.
Founded 22 years ago, the agency grew from a two-person shop in 1989 to a 12-person agency with more than two dozen clients. Despite a nationwide economic recession, the agency’s billings have remained strong and the staff has increased. Wordsworth continues to add new clients to an already-impressive roster that includes such big brands as Verizon Wireless, the Kroger Company, Protect-A-Bed, Pure Romance, Skyline Chili, Lasik Plus, Susan G. Komen Foundation and the University of Cincinnati Foundation.
Being recognized by the Cincinnati PRSA is a welcomed honor, and makes official what until now only the media, our clients and our friends have known: when it comes to public relations in Cincinnati, no one does it like Wordsworth Communications.
