World Water Week

In a world that is increasingly concerned about water, at least one person is upbeat: Naty Barak, Netafim's chief sustainability officer. Naty was an early member of the kibbutz where Netafim - now a multinational irrigation company - was founded in the 1960's, and today he is moving the company into new markets that serve smallholder farmers.

Naty stopped by to talk about drip irrigation and why it's so important to bring this technology to smallholder farmers. In our latest blog post, learn from Naty how drip irrigation can change the lives of the millions of smallholder farmers that make up 40 percent of the world's agricultural producers and why the public and private sectors must work together to bring innovation drip technology to new markets.
