Inconvenience spells food for thought Our internet service provider let us down, big time, this month. But thanks to wireless technology at a local coffee house, we were able to continue our online activities.
Inconvenient, yes, but the experience did give us a few ideas...

Wired in the UK I have been reading the US edition of Wired magazine for some time now and it is without doubt one of my favourite regular reads. This month saw the launch of the UK edition.

Questions of networking As many of you know, I am a great believer in the use of networking as the fundamental basis of generating interest and activity in one's business.
And in a roundabout way, it is thanks to networking itself that I came to be interviewed for the current issue of 'Making Money' magazine.

Giles takes to the virtual airwaves The end of April saw another interview - this time by award-winning internet broadcaster and all-round nice chap Mr. Richard Vobes.
We discussed all manner of things throughout the course of our time together - including traditional & digital photography, the media, networking & online social networks, and a number of topical stories hitting the headlines.

Already on the GBP Blog this month #1 A trip up-country to Cumbria, to undertake a follow-on shoot for a hotel set in the glorious Lake District... The task at hand was to photograph a number of recently-refurbished bedrooms and some of the finer details contained therein.

Already on the GBP Blog this month #2 Finally, another quick example of an assignment which saw me working with a local football club one Sunday morning. Nothing too challenging or remarkable about the job itself, but a prime example of the need for simple yet effective pictures which could be used widely in all manner of marketing activities
