America's Most Wanted - Allstar  "Dick Mann is one of the founding members of River Hills Emergency Medical Services. About 30 years ago, when the organization was born, he worked for General Motors. In 1999, after 35 years with the company, Mr. Mann took early retirement to work full time for Lancaster County and part time with River Hills. Dick is very active in his community and is involved in a number of clubs and teams. For instance, he participates in the South Carolina PIER (or Public Information and Education) Team, the Lancaster County Rapid Response Team and the Sworn Few, a motorcycle club for the members of the Rapid Response Team. He also teaches paramedic classes at York Technical College and was awarded the honor of South Carolina Paramedic of the Year in 2004."
