Lager is brewed using bottom fermenting yeast at lower temperatures in comparison to Ales which are brewed using top fermented brewers yeast giving it a sweet, full bodied and fruity taste, compared to Lagers which are lighter and simplier in style.

SPIRITS OF THE MONTH
This vodka is distilled in a thirteenth century Slovakian village using winter wheat and Tatra mountain spring water. Combining modern techniques and ancient tradition, each batch is seven times distilled and seven times filtered. The aroma has subtle hints of citrus and white chocolate. On the palate it is silky and balanced with bright flavors of white pepper and lemon zest. The finish is medium long, leaving you with a dry clean palate. This is an extraordinary ultra-smooth vodka.
