Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 5:30-9:00 p.m., Hyatt Regency Sacramento We're down to the last couple of days to accept RSVPs for the Gala! We need to turn in a final count. If you have not RSVP'd for this over-the-top event, please do so by noon tomorrow, January 28.
If you've been to the AfWPi Recognition event in the past, you'll find this to be an entirely new event. We put the awards presentation in the middle of the evening and made that part less than an hour long. So - you can enjoy yourself, see who wins and there will be plenty of time to stick around and congratulate the winners!
This is also an evening to congratulate Yourself for making it through one of the toughest years ever for business!
It's a fun & fancy, yet elegant & festive evening with a few surprises (hint: sponsored signature drink) and a club atmosphere with new, trendy features! Our amazing Gala team came up with some features that will make you feel like you are at an upscale event in San Francisco or New York! And the food...
Hyatt is putting out their best heavy hors d'oeuvres and themed food stations (there are more surprises here), valued at $70 per person - but AfWPi members will pay only $45 per person (non members pay only $55 per person)! Hyatt is well known for its excellent cuisine and impeccable service.
Dress code is black-tie preferred (but not mandatory) and you can find your tuxedos at Selix (located upstairs in Sears at Sunrise Mall) and your evening wear at Diamond Bridal Gallery.
