|Dear friends and family of LapSF and the Surgical Weight Loss Center of Hawaii,|
|Know anyone who's close to having weight loss surgery and needs to prepare their pantry? Or looking to clean out your cupboards now that snacky foods have maybe crept their way back on the shelf? Take an hour to purge the items that might be tempting you. Go through and give away or donate these unwanted items. Send friends and neighbors home with a grocery bag or find a local charity or food bank to donate to. Visit the link feedingamerica.org/foodbank-results.aspx to find your closest food bank.|
