Breathing... we all do it. Try and feel what taking a deep breath can do for you... Try it. Then a few more deep breaths... Slowly, deeply, into your belly, a short pause, and then slowly out again. Don't force the inhaling, the pausing and the exhaling. Just let it flow. You will feel your body will start to relax, your mind will calm, and you will feel more at ease. Dr Andrew Weil's website has some good instructions and breathing exercises - just take a look. Taking deep and mindful breaths during your bodywork session will further increase the benefits you enjoy, such as reduced stress, peaceful mind and being present in your body. No matter how crazy things can get around you: taking a deep breath can make a big difference!
