The rumors are swirling and we have been a little coy about our plans, but no more! After seven amazing years in business, Cheesetique is in the process of expanding... double time.

1. Cheesetique Shirlington
This autumn we will open a second outpost in the ever-charming, ever-bustling Village at Shirlington. We're knee-deep in construction now, but before you know it, we'll be moving on to the fun stuff. Like cheese. And wine. Cheesetique loves being a neighborhood joint and are thrilled to be part of such a special community. Thanks for making us feel so welcome already, Shirlies!

2. New Del Ray Dining
Don't worry, our flagship Del Ray location isn't going anywhere. We're simply adding a new (and super-posh) dining room in the rear of our space. Look for an expanded menu and longer hours very soon!

Our outstanding customers have shared their excitement and encouragement, even being kind enough to sit through dinner while someone jack-hammers next door. For this, I am eternally grateful. Anyone who has ever been through a restaurant build-out can tell you: it's always an adventure, always exhausting... and ALWAYS worth it! Thank you for your patience as we move toward completion. We can't wait to host you soon in our new digs!

When is the Next Cheese Class?
Cheese classes have been on a bit of a hiatus during the Del Ray construction. But don't worry - the next one is just around the corner. And it will be a doozy well worth waiting for. Nothing like celebrating in Cheesetique style!

The Shop is Looking Fresh!
We have rearranged our shop in order to make cheese and meat selection even more fun. All of our cheeses, including the lovely individual ones, are combined in our two large cases while the meats have moved to their own case in the front of the shop. We've also taken this opportunity to plump up and better display our beer offerings.

Check it out when you can - we think you'll love the new look.

Now you can look as cool as a cheese monger... without smelling like one!

Our new Cheesetique t-shirts are available in multiple men's and women's sizes. The front says "cheesetique" and the back "in caseus veritas". In case you don't speak Latin, that means "in cheese there is truth". A motto to live by.
