Bellini is a cocktail which, according to the original recipe, is composed of two parts of sparkling wine, one part of white peach juice (obtained from select, perfectly ripe peaches) and a few drops of wild raspberry. It is a classic aperitif, with an inebriating peach fragrance. Bellini, estate-bottled in clear, satin-finished glass bottles, is the result of the fruit drink processing technology perfected by Canella after many years of long and scrupulous research, which guarantees its naturalness. It is best enjoyed chilled.

This wine is 81% Marsanne and 19% Roussanne. This is a classic example of Marsanne; flinty, minerally, and with just a hint of green pear and orange rind. The wine has refreshing acidity, impeccable balance and all at 12.6% alcohol. Marsanne with balance like this is very age worthy. Drink this as a refreshing aperitif or with seafood and lighter fare over the next year or so - or put it down for at least 10 years for a complex, honey-nut experience.

Mulderbosch Faithful Hound is a Bordeaux-style red blend of 42% Merlot, 36% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Malbec, 8% Petit Verdot and 6% Cabernet Franc. It is deep ruby red in color with a nose of strawberry, black currant spice and oak. It is dry and mellow, medium/full in body, with a nice touch of oak. The wine's rich flavors of plums, blackberries and vanilla are well balanced with its soft tannins. On the finish, it is long and pleasing.
