The Best Guacamole Ever

Makes 1 cup
What You Need:
2 ripe avocados
1/4 cup diced onion
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/4 cup diced tomato
Juice of 1 lime
1/4 teaspoon cumin, ground
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Salt to taste
Diced jalapeños, optional

What You Do:
1. Into a shallow bowl, scoop avocado out of its skin. Using a potato masher or wooden spoon, mash gently to desired consistency.

2. Stir in onion, garlic, tomato, lime juice, cumin, and cilantro. Season with salt.
