  Vanilla Praline Smoothie


Now that V Day is officially behind us for another year, we're done with chocolate—at least for this week. Since going cold turkey on sweets doesn't sound particularly enjoyable, we'll just move on to chocolate's healthier counterpart, aka this sumptuous vanilla smoothie from raw food queen Ani Phyo. Simple and delicious, this easy treat is a great way to start your day.

What You Need:

1/2 cup pecans
5 Medjool dates, pitted
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups filtered water (or rice or soymilk)
1/2 cup ice


What You Do:

1. In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
