Each week, we highlight a member of the VegWeb community who goes above and beyond to make VegWeb a truly excellent place to spend time on the internet. This week, meet "veganmonster!" VegWebber since? January 7, 2007 What do you do when you're not on VegWeb? When I'm not on VegWeb, I'm thinking about going on VegWeb or making recipes that I've copied down from VegWeb. I also work, and go to school, concerts, a tutor, watch way too many movies, and hang out and cook with friends. Favorite VegWeb recipe to make for non-vegans? I'll have to say Cinnamon Rolls by Sneaky Greens... but only when topped with Cinnabun Icing by deadbob9—they are a constant shock for non-vegans. #1 cooking secret/tip? When baking, I always use a teensy more vanilla extract then called for and it totally makes a difference. Unless it's all in my head, haha. French fries or ice cream? Ice cream, hands down. Especially my homemade blueberry cheesecake ice cream.
Read veganmonster's entire interview and tell her how awesome she is in the Superstar VegWebber thread!
Good luck! Peace in your kitchen,
