We’re only two days into summer, and already we want a yummy frozen treat. We could go out for fro-yo, or we can make an even better version ourselves, which is why we’re having multiple bowls of this six-ingredient Coffee Chip Frozen Yogurt at the VegNews HQ today. Coffee, vanilla, and chocolate chunks balance out the tang of soy yogurt, making this our new favorite warm-weather recipe. The best part? The energy kick you’ll receive from the addition of coffee. We made this with the best intentions of keeping a stash in the freezer, but it was so good we devoured it right away.
