Candy Bar Smoothie
We love vegan cookbooks, and this week brings us a brand-new release packed with fun, meat-free comfort foods. From BBQ Salad and Samosa Potpie to Peach Cobbler Cupcakes and Pistachio Whoopie Pies, Natalie Slater's hot-off-the-press Bake and Destroy has something for everyone. We fell head over heels for her Candy Bar Smoothie, a healthy twist on a classic shake—and the perfect way to cool down on a hot summer day. We'll be on the VegNews deck with smoothies in hand if you need us!
