Serves 2
What You Need:
1 16-ounce can chickpeas
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup water, or more as needed
1 tablespoon tahini
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt to taste
What You Do:
In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. Use as a dip for your favorite crackers, or spread on sandwiches for a delicious lunch.
