Serves 1 What You Need:1/2 cup rolled oats 3/4 cup water 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds 1/4 cup chopped pears or apples 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1/4 cup vanilla soymilk What You Do: Bring water to boil in a saucepan and add oatmeal. Lower heat and cook for about 2 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl and stir in other ingredients. Enjoy immediately. More Food News! |
