You know the drill: Broccoli crowns get all the attention while their supporting stalks get cast aside. If you're not a fan of using stalks in your stir-fries or throwing them into your next green juice, whip up this easy, delicious salad from VN contributor Katherine Lawrence. As a bonus, she'll show you how to make this recipe on VegNews TV!
