Green Smoothie


While the holidays are our favorite time of year—piles of vegan holiday cookies and endless glasses of Champagne—we also crave getting back to good, clean eating. Packed with kale and fresh fruit, this refreshing green smoothie is a perfect way to start the day. Want more smoothie-making tips? Makes 2 servings

What You Need:

3 cups kale
1 banana
1 orange
1 pear, sliced
1 cup grapes
1 cup non-dairy milk
5 cubes ice

What You Do:

In a blender, process ingredients until smooth.
