Serves 1 to 2 |
What You Need:
2 teaspoons spirulina or green powder
1/3 teaspoon nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon flax oil or ground flaxseeds
1/2 teaspoon lecithin granules
1 to 2 tablespoons blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 to 2 teaspoons dried goji berries (optional)
1 teaspoon vitamin C powder
1/2 teaspoon rice bran (optional)
1 to 2 ripe bananas
1 teaspoon soy protein powder
1 teaspoon almond butter
2 dates or prunes, pitted
1/3 cup soy yogurt or tofu
1 ice cube
1-1/2 cups distilled water, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh carrot juice, fresh green juice, or unsweetened pineapple juice
