We all know that eating breakfast is one of the sneaky tricks smart people use to maintain healthy diets in the face of hectic schedules. At the VNHQ, we love referring to an over-sugared cup of coffee as "breakfast" as much as the next editorial team, but in this month of healthier habits, we'll admit that our usual java doesn't quite cut it as breaking a fast. Thankfully, this completely delicious cashew spread from VN contributor Dreena Burton goes great with everything from oatmeal to bagels to smoothies, and it's so tasty that we actually want to make time to eat it first thing in the AM.

Makes about 1 cup
What You Need:
1/2 cup cashew butter
2/3 cup vanilla soy yogurt
2 teaspoons agave
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
What You Do:
1. In a food processor, add all ingredients and purée until smooth. Serve with fresh fruit, bagels, or rice crackers.
