Dear Colleague:
The HIV Update course is a comprehensive continuing medical education program specifically designed for physicians, physician assistants, nurses, pharmacists, and other health care providers caring for HIV-infected patients. CME and CE credit is available!
The program features the science of viral replication and its clinical application, antiretroviral therapy including initiation, salvage therapy and post-exposure prophylaxis, diagnosis and treatment of primary HIV infection, women’s health issues in HIV, and International and Global perspectives. Detailed discussions of HIV complications including opportunistic infections, malignancies, hepatitis B and C co-infection and other challenging cases will be presented. Participants will have ample opportunities to ask questions and interact with the experienced faculty.
