Alert Service If you need to get a speedy message out to all your clients, members or groups of any description all in one go e.g. ‘school closed due to snow’, ‘no clinic today’, ‘10% off right now until further notice’, ‘Swine Flu alert – stay at home’ etc, our new Group Text Alert Service is all you need. Simply send us your group list showing names, mobile phone numbers and we’ll upload it into our system for a one-off set up fee. Thereafter you are only charged for the message you send. Easy, inexpensive, peace of mind. Appointment Reminder Text Service We book appointments and manage diaries for lots of our customers, to help minimise ‘no-shows’ we can also diarise a text message reminder at the time we book the appointment – all it costs is 35p per text.
