The Bay Area Discovery Museum's annual gala fund-raising event, Playdate 2008, will be held this Saturday, May 3 at the foot of the Golden Gate Bridge. We recognize our founders as we celebrate our 20th anniversary as the Bay Area Discovery Museum. We have collected amazing packages, both big and small, to place your bids on for our silent and live auctions. From a family Hawaiian vacation to a complete style package, even a private bbq catered by Tyler Florence, there are plenty of things to bid on and to win! Click here to get a pdf of all the auction items. Funds raised will allow the Museum to continue to ensure that its high quality programs in the arts and sciences are broadly available to children from diverse communities. Every gift made in support of the Museum is an investment in its educational programs and exhibits, and in the many children the Museum exists to serve. We extend a warm welcome and thank you to our guests attending Playdate 2008. |
