Want to save money when traveling outside Canada?
You can change a setting so that only your phone will work but your emails won't come to your device until you are back home.
For example, if you live in Vancouver and are going to shop in Seattle, do you want to pay for emails coming into your BlackBerry during that time? If not, you can tell your BlackBerry not to roam.
- Wrench (Options) or Settings > Options
- Network or Mobile Network
- Network Selection Mode
- Change from Automatic to Home Only
