You can now have a Traveler Profile on TripIt that you can share with others. Instead of showing up as just a name on TripIt, you can create a travel identity that lets your friends and colleagues see your travel plans, travel stats and much more. If you’re a frequent traveler, into social networking, or just like being organized, then you’ll want to take a minute to update your profile on the new Profile and Privacy page.

Of course, we’ve built controls to let you share as much or as little of your information as you want. You may want to check our Profile Help page, which also links to our Privacy Policy that describes how we collect, protect and let you share your information on TripIt.

Come to Life on TripIt
Your TripIt profile is currently live, but shows limited information about you, and can only be seen by your existing TripIt Connections, but it's easy to update your profile like the example below.

Go Public
You can also now share TripIt information with people who aren’t using TripIt by creating a Public Profile. Then you’ll have your own URL that you can share with friends, family, colleagues or anyone who wants to track your travels.
