Don't Have Time for Training? We've Found a New Way to Give You Time Back! Do you want to learn about the latest technologies or how to better use your current systems - but simply cannot spend the time away from your office? The pace of technology continues to accelerate, and we're improving our offerings to get you what you need as quickly and easily as possible.
We still love having you in our classrooms for a week at a time, but let’s face it, time is precious. So we're launching two new solutions to help you get the training you want, and you can even learn at home, in your sweats:
LIVE LEARNING
New Horizons is part of a network of hundreds of centers worldwide, and our instructors our consistently rated as the best in the industry. We can't bring all of them to Sioux Falls, but we can take you to them. Live Learning is instructor led training delivered by a certified New Horizons instructor via the Internet to your home or office. Students participate as a regular student in a virtual classroom where you hear the instructor's lecture, see the instructor's slide presentation, demonstrations and whiteboard work, and perform labs by remotely controlling an in-classroom student computer. The instructor can even take control and assist the student’s in-classroom computer to support any lab work.
To start, we are deploying Live Learning as an Evening offering. Classes run one night a week from 6pm to 9pm and you can log in from home, in your sweats, to learn from the best. Live Learning Classes Starting now include:
• MCITP Server Admin (New MCSA) (Starting June 2, 2009)
• Security +
• Certified Ethical Hacker
CUSTOM ON DEMAND MENTORED LEARNING
Many of you have already experienced our Mentored Learning classroom. But, if you're looking to bone up on certain skills or figure out a new functionality, you don't want to sit through five days of classes for the 8 hours of meaningful content. We're now offering the ability for you to purchase our On Demand Mentored Learning by Days of Training rather than by specific class title. Simply talk to one of our Account Executives to develop a custom learning plan specific to your needs and purchase 1 day, 3 day, or 5 day training packages. And yes, you can still wear sweats to our office - we won't tell your boss!
