The RTA is the NSW government authority responsible for building roads, promoting road safety and managing traffic. The RTA employs almost 7,000 staff throughout NSW.
Alison Cavill is the Principal Advisor Recruitment and Remuneration at the RTA and is responsible for providing the tools, skills and supporting systems to satisfy workforce demand and skills shortages.
Alison recently took the time to provide some insight into her role and recruitment at the RTA.
