In response to intensifying market demand, Onetest has launched an online Talent Management System to assist organisations in the development and retention of their employees. The Onetest Talent Management System (TMS) is an online interface that integrates Onetest’s premium survey content and custom-built survey capability into a self-service tool. The system allows users to implement and manipulate pre-developed and custom surveys in-house such as: engagement, exit interviews, performance appraisals and 360 degree leadership appraisals. |

It is no secret that recruitment is an expensive and time consuming process that in essence remains a gamble for both parties. The candidate's objective is to present themselves as favourably as possible, putting their best foot forward and trying to conceal any personal limitations. They are to appear as confident, skilled and flexible as possible, while working to gain the trust of the potential employer. That is, to convince the organisation that they are the most suitable candidate for the role. Meanwhile the organisation’s aim is to try and sieve through the myriad of details regarding the candidate (application letter, resume details and references) and gain a realistic preview as to how they are likely to perform and impact on the business. The interviewer is also simultaneously ensuring the organisation and the available role is presented in a positive light. |

Onetest has recently been awarded with a Silver Medal for the Preferred HR Technology and Software Provider category in Human Capital's Top 5 HR Service Providers Survey. Winners were selected based on public perception of firms believed to be the best in their given area within Human Resources. Other categories included: preferred recruitment agency, preferred career development & training company, most used online job board and best team building & incentive organisation. Congratulations to all of the other winners and thank you to all those who voted for us!
Onetest was also named a Top 50 Cool Company at the Australian Anthill Magazine 2007 Cool Company Awards.
