NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

In conformity with the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws,

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bay Planning Coalition 2007 Annual Membership Business Meeting and Luncheon will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2007, from 11:30am to 1:30pm at the St. Francis Yacht Club, Marina Boulevard, San Francisco, California.

Members are welcome to attend the Board of Directors meeting preceding the luncheon from 10:00am to 11:30am. A luncheon registration form will be sent out shortly.
