Staff Updates
Executive Director Ellen Johnck has been appointed to the Maritime Transportation System National Advisory Council (MTSNAC) and its California counterpart, CALMITSAC.
Ellen was named Co-Chair of Research for the new Transportation Research Board's Marine Environment Committee, and will present her paper, "The Environment as an Asset in Port Strategic Investment Decisionmaking," at the upcoming TRB National Conference on Transportation Asset Management (Nov. 6 - 8, 2007).
