Warm up with Shabu Shabu!
Shabu Shabu (pictured right) is the modern Japanese variation of the 1000+ year old Chinese hot pot. This cold weather dish is prepared by submerging thin slices of meat and vegetables in a pot of boiling dashi (broth) and swishing back and forth several times, right at your table.
This meal is a la carte. Add anything you like...ribeye, shitake mushrooms, short rib, sirloin, tofu, lamb, pork loin, chicken, shrimp, tilapia, squid, assorted vegetables, and much more.
