Mocean Dance Presents: A Mocean Mixer!

Who says that a dance performance has to be on a stage?

Join us for a casual in-studio mixer on Saturday, April 25th, 8:00pm at Halifax Dance. This unique, mixed-discipline event will feature Mocean's new works-in-progress by Halifax-based choreographer Cory Bowles and Vancouver-based choreographer Susan Elliot.

We'll shake it up with performances by special guests Sarah English, with a monologue by local writer and fashion sage, Nadine LaRoche, and the very talented DJ Stiles . Audience members will not only get a sneak peek at Mocean's latest work, they will also be invited to witness a few on-the-spot collaborations, and enjoy the intermingling of artistic mediums. There will also be a cash bar and a chance to win free drinks! What more could you ask for?

Entry is by minimum donation ($5 for students, artists, otherwise strapped....$10 for others).
