Collection Tip Which Cuts Both Ways

Here’s a little legal tidbit which business owners should know about.

Writing “Full Payment” or “Paid in Full” on the back of a check (above where the payee would endorse) does NOT result in a settlement for less than the full amount if the creditor strikes out or deletes the words before cashing the check. Civil Code Sec. 1526(a): 1526.

Basically, we’re installing 30 panels of the SPR 225 product from SunPower on his home’s roof, which will deliver up to 50% more power per unit area than conventional solar panels, while providing 18.1% panel efficiency, the highest commercially available on the market today.

Baby Boom: The Next Generation!
Sharon Schanzer gave birth to Remington Frederick Shanzer on May 7. He tipped the scales at 8 lb., 13 oz. and measured 20 inches.

Sandy Minella, Isabella Schwarzinger and Rachel Walls in line behind her. Plus, new member Jeff Fenigstein’s wife is due in September.
