A March 11 Visit Florida blog titled "Raising gas prices not expected to impact travel...", stated what many others are saying.
We work too too hard to forgo vacations. Research states that consumers will cut other areas before canceling a vacation.
You don't have to go to an expensive destination to create memories with your family. Our admission rates for all day pass are $12.75 for adults and $9.75 for children ages 3-12. You can even bring your pets for free. So, you can park at expensive attractions, or create memories to last a life time at Dinosaur World.

We're humming at Dinosaur World in Kentucky!
As part of our new native animal information center and feeding station in Kentucky, we've added several bird feeders throughout the walk including homemade humming bird feeders. We thought it was an extra special touch adding something that folks could do at home as well. Check out this video to learn how to make your own feeder.

Florida Expansion Ahead of Schedule
The Florida expansion project is progressing even better than expected.
The opening for the expansion is still set for Fall of this year. The fast pace means that more time will be allowed for extra dinosaurs to move into the new area.
The park will remain open during the entire expansion process. Please notice signage when you arrive in regards to parking. In addition to a new parking area, there will be 12 new acres to enjoy. A 22,000 square foot building will house a new indoor Prehistoric Museum, gift shop and office space. A new dinosaur playground will be unveiled as well as more picnic areas. And of course new dinosaurs will be moving in to show off the new entrance and gateway to the dinosaur walk. Below is a photo of progress on the new entryway.
