 Hello Friends of Lime Hollow!

Help Lime Hollow by Completing a Membership Survey Greetings Lime Hollow member! Working with SUNY Cortland, Lime Hollow is completing a membership survey to get your input into programs, services and facilities we offer. The survey link below has been e-mailed to all members of the Lime Hollow Center for Environment and Culture. Could you take a few minutes to complete the survey? The survey will not only ask you to evaluate current Lime Hollow programs and facilities, but will also ask you to provide valuable information concerning the needs and desires of future programs and facilities. We ask that an adult of the household complete the survey using the opinions of all the members of the household. The survey should take about 10-15 minutes of your time. To assure anonymity, please do not place your name or your family name on the survey. Your participation is completely voluntary. You may discontinue the survey at anytime you wish not to participate. By completing the survey, you have given your informed consent to participate. The link to the survey is http://survey.cortland.edu/TakeSurvey.aspx?SurveyID=82KK762. Once you have completed the survey, please choose the “Submit” button at the bottom of the survey. PLEASE COMPLETE THE SURVEY BY NOVEMBER 23, 2010. To thank you for completing the survey, you can enter a drawing for either · one free week of summer camp for one child · a holiday Christmas tree · a Lime Hollow hooded sweatshirt If you want to be entered into the drawing, please e-mail your name and e-mail address to: Lynn.anderson@cortland.edu If you have questions about the survey, feel free to contact me at Lime Hollow (662-4632). For general questions about research at SUNY Cortland, please call Amy Henderson-Harr, Office of Sponsored Programs (753-2511).
