Greetings!

Celebrate the Fourth of July Weekend with MPC at the Oakland Zoo! We will gather there for our Sunday morning Celebration at 10 a.m. on July 6th. Enter the Zoo from Golf Links Road, and tell the guard at the entrance that you are with Montclair Presbyterian Church. This will give you free parking. Just take the second left turn (just past all the flowers) then the first right into the parking lot. You will see our picnic site on top of the bluff.

Bring something to barbecue, drinks and side dishes or desserts to share, tour the Zoo or just enjoy the beautiful location and friendly people.

Wanting to take a break from your busy life? Tempted to enjoy a short spell in a secluded spot with a quiet chapel and gardens that invite contemplation? Hungry for nourishing conversation and some spiritual practices? If so, mark your calendar and contact the MPC office to reserve a spot. MPC will be offering a women's retreat beginning with dinner on Friday, September 5th and ending the afternoon of Saturday the 6th at the Santa Sabina Center on the Dominican University campus in San Rafael. Starting on July 13, each Sunday this summer, Bobby Moore and Marilynn Milligan will lead dancing after church at 11:30 at one end of the family room . They assure me that it will not interfere with people talking at the other end. They have done this before. This will be for everyone. All ages.
